The Deposit is Non-refundable.
Effective August 1, 2019: All travelers will be required to purchase travel insurance with their vacation package or sign waiver declining travel insurance.
Cancellation Policy:Â
FREE CANCELLATION AND 100% REFUND – within 24 hours of purchase
Groups (5 or more travelers) – FREE CANCELLATION AND 100% REFUND – within 5 days of purchase
120 Days prior to travel – 100% refund less deposit and insurance charges
90 days prior to travel – 40% refund less deposit and insurance charges
60 days prior to travel – 10% refund less deposit and insurance charges
Less than 60 days prior to travel – No refund
Any changes made to original reservation after documents have been issued will be assessed a $175 reservation change fee. Prior to documents being issued will be assessed $75 reservation change fee. If flights are included in your package you will be subject to the airlines cancellation policy and rules.
All guest purchasing vacation packages through MUEC CONSULTANTS AND TRAVEL agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms and Condition Policy.
